Our new-tech saavy and home health trained Internet team, is responsible for relaying our database information to our home health care staff. We really can't say more than that due to proprietary reasons.
Employees
EMPLOYEES
Our staff is in the field, hands-on-care, everyday, 24 hours, 7 days a week. Employees update us with the most up--to-date information on your aging parent or loved one. If need, we can stream video, take pics and upload forms. We can also provide you hourly updates, if needed.
In regards to privacy, you have nothing to worry about. We use encrypted software and each client has their own personal ID which is matched to a name stored off-line in our home office.

Families are welcome to check on any updates including health status, nutritional intake for the day, weight, blood sugar levels and more

Upgraders
